An Update Regarding COVID-19
Dear Community,

The health and safety of our residents, site-level team, and vendors is our top priority as the we all feel the impact of COVID-19.  Because of this, we have made some adjustments to our procedures as we navigate this challenging time.  We will continue to provide updates as we are able; residents will receive emails with updates as well.

Tours:
At this time, we have suspended all in-person tours.  However, we have leasing staff available to assist you virtually to answer your questions, provide you links to 3D tours, and even provide virtual tours.  Contact our leasing office and they can schedule a time to meet with you virtually.

We highly recommend everyone follow the guidelines provided by the CDC:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
• Avoid contact with individuals who are sick.
• Avoid touching your mouth, nose, eyes.
• Wash hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds.
• Use hand sanitizer with 60-95% alcohol content.  Hand sanitizer and soap are not replacements for one another.
• Practice social (physical) distancing by staying home when possible and by standing no closer than 6 feet from one another.

Packages:
The office is currently not accepting packages or deliveries for residents.  Packages will now be delivered to your mailbox or front door.  If your package is already in our office, please call the office to arrange your pickup time.

Maintenance:
We are handling work orders that are considered essential to minimize the risk of exposure.  All non-essential work orders are still being logged in our system and we will resume handling them once we have been cleared to do so.  Someone from our team will contact you so you are kept informed of when your work order is expected to be handled.

For any life-threatening emergencies, you should (AS ALWAYS) call 9-1-1 first, followed by our community.  If it is after-hours, our emergency phone number is (877) 801-5175.

For all essential work orders, we will ask that all occupants vacate the home while our maintenance staff completes work needed.

If there are any items we can handle remotely, such as providing you instructions on how to reset your A/C unit, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.  For items such as light bulbs needing replaced, if we are able to place those in your garage or by your front door, we would be glad to.

We appreciate your understanding.  We hope you are staying home, staying healthy, and most importantly, staying safe!
