Some things that stand out are - The cost of move in is much lower than other places out there. - They allow up to 3 pets - This is a great community for families. - They have community events such as a big bbq, annual garage sale, ice cream social, big chilli cookoff where a person can win prizes, a very active Halloween, and a visit by Santa on a firetruck though we haven't seen this yet , and I know there is more to come - The units are seperated by garages so you never hear your neighbors against your wall. - If you have a elementary or middle school aged child there is a school right across the street. - The yards are decent sized and you get to plant what you want in them for the most part, though you may have to put in a request for certain items or areas. - The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood feels really safe. - The units come with a washer and dryer and dishwasher. - The majority of the duplex is hardwood floors that have been well maintained. - If you are lucky, like we were, you just might get a unit with central air- central air is amazing - Maintence requests are quickly attended to and they are really kind when they come in to fix things - The leasing agents front staff experience is top-notch. they have been really easy to talk to and in our experience so far they have remembered us which feels so nice - There is a small exercise movement room available at your hours. - They offer the community space for rent for your personal events. There are a few downsides here, such as a list of rules like only having a pool that is 12 tall and no splash pad at the kids play area, but very little to make us question if we made the right decision. So far, we've been really happy about our move to this community and I imagine that the only reason we will move out is if we decide to buy or move out of state.

I love having a fenced in yard and a garage. I no longer have to pay for storage like I did in apartment living. The staff have been so kind and helpful to me. I lived here before and loved it so much. Now that I'm back, I feel I'm home again The only drawback I can even muster is that the houses have a lack of outlets in the kitchen because they are older homes and my microwave trips the breaker almost every time I use it. The houses have the charm of being older and it's worth the inconvenience to me to have the beautiful real hardwoods and vaulted ceilings.

|Recommended: YesQuiet — It's a nice quiet neighborhood good for kids and never any serious issues
|Recommended: YesHappy Place — We moved in late October 2020, and honestly love it here They're very friendly and so are the neighbors. There are a lot of rules in the community, but nothing completely out of the realm or insane. Would definitely recommend it here, we tell any and all friends we've had looking to move to check it out Its our happy place just away from the insanity of the city but we are still close enough to everything
|Recommended: YesGreat place — Love how quiet it is. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the house itself is great, perfect amount of space for us. We do wish it had AC, but we understand the houses are older. Never hear our neighbors, love that we have our own parking spots, love the big yards and we especially love how dog friendly it is here Great place We’re hoping to stay here for a long time
|Recommended: YesNice, family-friendly duplex neighborhood with great management — My family has been at Windsor Crossing for almost a year after moving to Spokane for work, and it has been a great experience. The units are simple and basic, but clean and well maintained, and the duplex layout means minimal neighbor noise. On-site maintenance has always been friendly and quick. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, very kid and family friendly, we feel safe letting our kids ride their bikes and play with friends. Pet friendly policies, and flexible lease options made it the perfect choice while we were shopping for a more permanent home.
Thank you Caleb for your great review of Windsor Crossing. We are excited for your new chapter in life. If you are ever in need in the future, please come back to visit us, we would be happy to see you! Cheers!
